我知道我爱你 (Wǒ zhī dào wǒ ài nǐ) is a 2023 Chinese television series directed by Li Xiaofei and starring Zhang Ruoyun, Tong Yao, Zhang Junning, and Liu Yijun. The series is based on the novel of the same name by Zhang Jiajia.
The series tells the story of Lin Zhixiao (Tong Yao), a young woman who is struggling to find her place in the world. She is a talented artist, but she is also shy and introverted. She meets Gu Wei (Zhang Ruoyun), a successful businessman who is also struggling to find happiness. The two of them fall in love, but their relationship is complicated by their different backgrounds and personalities.
One is Xu Nuo, a florist who has spent ten years in unsuccessful relationships. The other is Zhao Jin, a veterinarian burdened with family responsibilities. Both of these mature individuals are also being forced to marry by their parents, relatives, friends and matchmakers. They met when their lives seemed to be at a standstill, not knowing how to restart. However, there is an insurmountable gap between Xu Nuo, who is mentally and emotionally exhausted, and Zhao Jin, who comes from a complex family background. Misunderstandings from their friends and obstacles from their parents put their love through various trials.
